CT Series (CNC Controlled)

With hundreds of EDM drilling machines in service worldwide, Current EDM continues to set the industry standard. The Current EDM drills deep, angled holes in hardened alloys using electrodes from .0012" to .256" in diameter. Drill to depths up to 300 times electrode diameter with water dielectric fluid while virtually eliminating burrs.

The CT Series CNC drillers come with an Elenix control or an optional Siemens control.

  • 3 sizes: CT300, CT500, and CT-1600 (CT-500 shown)
  • Point to point drilling, part referencing, and automatic blind hole driling.
  • 3 sizes: CT300, CT500, and CT-1600 (CT-500 shown)
  • G-Code programming (Siemens).
  • Programmable power settings. (1000 settings w/ Siemens)

FT Series (CNC Controlled)

Large capacity CNC EDM drilling machines with XY table travel up to 120 x 80 inches. The FT Series machine's tremendous part capacity and work envelope provides unsurpassed machine flexibility and convenience. (FT3200 shown)

  • Great price / size ratio.
  • 2 Sizes: FT3200 and FT6000
  • Siemens control and drives.
  • G-Code programming (Siemens).
  • Programmable power settings. (1000 settings w/ Siemens)
  • Drill holes from .0012" to .256"

ST300 EDM Drill

This ST300 manual driller is a low cost alternative to the CNC Current EDM's. It enables precision deep-hole drilling of hard alloys to depths up to 300 times electrode diameter.

  • Rugged construction includes a cast bridge design keeping overhead X and Y ways free from dielectric sprays resulting in cleaner operation and reduced maintenance. A precision- lapped granite worktable helps assure workpiece stability and long-term drilling accuracy.
  • "Running-costs" are greatly reduced because the ST300 uses additive-free water dielectric fluid.
